At Forum Home Appliances, we are a family company, with over 30 employees (extended family). We treat our staff as if they are family, and we expect them to treat our customers the same way. We have been in business since 1988, and over 30% of our staff have been with us for over 10 years.
Our employees are passionate about customer service and have long time reationships with customers which bring their family and friends to shop with us. There is no difference in the level of service you recieve from a part time sales associate and the president of our company, who will not hesitate to spend time with a customer with a 99 cent purchase.
We are a successful, innovative, and growing company that values a healthy working enviroment, but also rewards performance and accountability. Rather than offering commission to our sales staff, we instead provide sales targets and group incentives to our different divisions, inorder to encourage a group effort towards a common goal.
