Our employees are passionate about customer service and have long time reationships with customers which bring their family and friends to shop with us. There is no difference in the level of service you recieve from a part time sales associate and the president of our company, who will not hesitate to spend time with a customer with a 99 cent purchase.

Rather than offering commission to our sales staff, we instead provide sales targets and group incentives to our different divisions, inorder to encourage a group effort towards a common goal.
