Kindly note that we are a Canadian company, and all orders will be shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
We accept payment in US Dollars. To view prices in US Dollars, simply click on the US Flag at the top right hand corner of our website. All prices displayed will automatically be converted to US Dollars, and your payments will be tendered in US Dollars.
If you choose to keep the prices in Canadian Dollars, your credit card company will apply the currency conversion at their daily exchange rate.
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post, and delivered to you by the US Postal Service. You will be sent a tracking number by Canada Post once your package has been shipped. You may also check on the status of your order by logging into the Order Status page.
After your order has left Canada, it may be tracked in the USA on the US Postal Service website www.USPS.com
As a resident of the USA you will not be charged any Canadian sales taxes, but orders over $200 may be subject to US Customs Duties. These duties must be paid upon delivery of your order. A order with a total value under $200 (and shipped via Canada Post) will NOT be subject to any duties.
