How much will it cost to ship a product to me?

Our payment processor will automatically calculate your shipping cost. Once you have chosen the product(s) you are interested in, click on the Shopping Cart button (located at the top right hand corner). Review your order and click on Check Out button (located at the bottom right hand corner). If you are a returning customer click on Sign-In, if you are a new customer, please register your billing & shipping information. From here you will be given different shipping options with costs.

 

Can I pick up my order at one of your retail locations?

Yes, see above. Instead of choosing a shipping option, you can also chose one of our locations to pick up your purchase in person. We will contact you by telephone once your order is ready for you to pick up.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Please click on the Order Status button (at the top right hand corner). From here you can check on the status of your order.

 

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the USA by Canada Post. It will be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com), or the United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com). Please see our US Customers info page for additional information.

 

Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?

Please note that our small appliances are all 120 volts, and are therefore can only be used in Canada, USA, Mexico, and parts of South America. The majority of the countries in the world use 220 Volts in their homes, which are not compatible with our small appliances.

If you are interested in a non-electric product or a non-electric part for a small appliance, we will ship small parcels (under 5 kg) to Mexico, South America, Australia and Europe. Unfortunately we can not service larger orders or other countries at this time. 

 

NOTE: If you are placing an order from one of the international regions listed above, please choose "OTHER (International)" when asked for your State / Province.  We will contact you via email within 24 hours to get your full address for shipping.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try to ship your order within 1-3 days of your purchase. If there is any delay we will contact you by email or telephone. We ship the majority of our products, with a few expections (see below), by Canada Post (see above). Following are the estimated delivery times for Canada:  

Regular Parcel Delivery: ~ Free Shipping in Canada for Orders over $100

Within British Columbia = 3-4 day

Within Canada = 4-9 days

      

Expedited Parcel Delivery:

Within British Columbia = 2-3 days

Within Canada = 2-7 days

      

Xpresspost Delivery:

Within British Columbia = next business day

Within Canada = 1-2 business days

I would like to purchase a heavy item (over 70-lbs). How will you ship it to me?

Some products such as air conditioners and massage chairs, are too large and heavy to be delivered by Canada Post. We will deliver these items to our customers by UPS or DHL freight.
