Answers:

1. I live in another province (outside British Columbia). Will I be charged sales tax?
   We will not charge provincial sales tax on purchases shipped outside of British Columbia, but all sales within Canada must pay 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Our payment processor will automatically calculate the taxes.

   

2. I live in the USA. Will I be charged sales tax?
   Shipments to the USA are NOT subject to any Canadian sales taxes. However, you may be subject to US Custom Duties, which you must remit to the US Postal Service when they deliver your package. For additional information kindly see USA Customers page.

   

3. Do you ship outside of Canada and the USA?
   
   We only ship small non-electric products internationally.

4. What types of payment do you accept?
   
   We accept Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard), PayPal, and also Certified Cheques or Money Orders. 
    
   Note that if you are paying by Cerified Cheque or Money Order,  we will need to receive your payment by mail, before we ship your order.

   Verified by Visa (VBV) is a eCommerce protection service provided by most financial instutions in North America to secure online payment tranactions to online merchants and consumers, by preventing anyone else from fraudulently using your credit card information on the internet.
    
   When you are on the webpage asking for you to enter your VBV password or sign up for this service, you have been redirected to a secure page hosted by the financial instituion of the credit card you are using (and temporatily disconnected to our website), so this information you provide is seen only by your Visa card provider.
    
   Once you have registered a credit card with VBV, this will be your password if you shop again with us or any other online merchant.
