Cuisinart Meat Grinder Attachment

Wow, what a great product. I wasn't sure how this would work but it did a fantastic job grinding up a nice piece of sirloin that we made into meatballs.
My husband is very mechanically minded and he really enjoyed using too.
It is important to be sure to cut the meat strips into the size recommended or some of the meat becomes pasted to the inside of the grinding tube.
It would be nice if this came with a little tool to help get extra ground meat off the inside of the grinding tube.
