If your existing blade assembly screws into your glass jar without alignment using 2 white tabs, this blade will NOT fit your glass jar.
Suitable for Breville "BL series blenders" with PDC (product date code) of 1113 or higher:
  • BL-550XL with WHITE letters on glass jar, & red color gasket
  • BL-600XL with WHITE letters on glass jar, & red color gasket

So far so good

I only used it a couple of times so far, but it is working well - no leaks and easy to turn. It was a good price and delivered promptly. Top marks to Forum Appliances for supporting this blender better than Breville does. I took apart the old bearing and it does not look very well sealed, especially the bottom. It should be washed carefully and dried. It is not dishwasher safe as suggested in the manual.
