We are pleased to provide FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $99 or more within Canada!

Free Shipping Terms and Conditions:

Free standard shipping applies only to orders of merchandise which totals $99 or more excluding taxes and after any discount coupons are applied.
Applies to most major Canadian delivery addresses only, and is subject to other geographical shipping restrictions that may apply.
Residents of Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping.
In store purchases do not qualify for free shipping.
You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible discount coupons are used bringing the total below $99 after coupon is applied.
You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are cancelled, after the order was placed, bringing the total below $99.
Returns of items that qualified for free shipping at purchase will be issued a refund minus our shipping expense to send the order to you.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Shipping at any time.

General Shipping FAQ:

How much will it cost to ship a product to me?

Our payment processor will automatically calculate your shipping cost based on your shipping address. Once you have chosen the product(s) you are interested in, click on the CART button. Review your order and click on Estimate Shipping & Tax text (located under your subtotal). After you enter your shipping location, you will be presented with your shipping method options and costs.

Can I pick up my order at one of your retail locations?

Yes, see above. Instead of choosing a shipping option, you can also chose one of our locations to pick up your purchase in person, during check out. We will contact you by telephone once your order is ready for you to pick up.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Please click on the Order Status button on our footer. From here you can check on the status of your order.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we ship to the USA by Canada Post. It will be delivered to you by the United States Postal Service (www.USPS.com), or the United Parcel Service (www.UPS.com).

Do you ship outside of Canada and the United States?

Please note that our small appliances are all 120 volts, and are therefore can only be used in Canada, USA, Mexico, and parts of South America. The majority of the countries in the world use 220 Volts in their homes, which are not compatible with our small appliances.

If you are interested in a non-electric product or a non-electric part for a small appliance, we will ship small parcels (under 5 kg) to Mexico, South America, Australia and Europe. Unfortunately we can not service larger orders or other countries at this time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try to ship your order within 1-3 days of your purchase. If there is any delay we will contact you by email or telephone. We ship the majority of our products, with a few exceptions (see below), by Canada Post (see above).

Following are the estimated delivery times for Canada:

Following are estimated INTERNATIONAL delivery times:

Regular Parcel International Surface Delivery:

Mexico = 20-30 days

South America = 45-60 days

Europe = 60-75 days

Australia = 60-75 days

Regular Parcel International Air Delivery:

Mexico = 15-20 days

South America = 20-30 days

Europe = 30-45 days

Australia = 30-45 days

Kindly note that we are a Canadian company, and your orders will be shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

All payment are in Canadian Dollars, your credit card company will apply the currency conversion at their daily exchange rate.

We ship to the USA by either the United Parcel Service (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) or Canada Post. If your order is shipped via Canada Post, it will be delivered to you by the US Postal Service (USPS). You will be sent the tracking information for your shipment by once your package has been processed and shipped. You may also check on the status of your order by logging into the Order Status page.

If your order is sent via Canada Post, you may find more detailed tracking information (after it has left Canada) US Postal Service website www.USPS.com, using the same tracking number.

I would like to purchase a heavy item (over 70-lbs). How will you ship it to me?

Some products such as air conditioners, are too large and heavy to be delivered by Canada Post or the USPS. We will deliver these items to our customers by UPS freight.
