I am writing to confirm that I have, indeed, received my new Cuisinart Toaster Oven. I has been installed, but not yet to used. FYI I have searched every on-line and brick & mortar store for the Cuisinart CTO-1300PCC that I have enjoyed for a number of years. The old unit still works, but the digital display is eroding, so it's difficult to view time, timing, temp, etc. I will keep the original unit should there be a problem with the new unit in future.

In the meantime, thank you very much for supplying me with the Cuisinart unit I was searching for and, of course, the Forum's most excellent service.

I would like to let you know the reason I decided to purchase it at your Lansdowne store. The staff, Peter and Ming, are super friendly, helpful and patient. I had been there checking out the exhaust fans twice in two different days before today. I was very pleased with the service of Peter and Ming, especially Ming. As I have to modify the kitchen cabinet to accommodate the new hood fan, Ming was so patient explaining the fans to me and even reached up to do all measurements I requested. This was not just happening once but twice.

I'm absolutely blown away. My Deco fan stopped working and I took it apart then just gave up on figuring it out. So I took it down to these guys - a bag full of parts and a stem. For those who use the Breville Juicers it might be a problem to find and purchase spare parts first of all like mesh filter baskets, which often simply are not available for quite a long time on Amazon. I’ve faced this particular situation and have found the address and e-mail of Ross, who have given me royal treatment and filled up my order not only with the BR-1 filter basket, but new Juice Jug and new brush thus having saved me a lot of money, because I was almost ready to buy a new Breville JE98XL Juicer since the old filter literally fell apart after 3 years of heavy duty operation.

I wish every Customer Service works like Ross, being knowledgeable, quick thinking and efficient. I wish him luck in his career and a lot of new orders to be fulfilled!

I ordered a Sakura Switch Control early this June, and it broke within 1 month. Then I contacted the support of Home Appliances. Within half a day, Ross Lam responded to me by email. He told me that even though Sakura does not have any warranty policy to their parts, the company would like to provide me a replacement from their own expense. And I got the replacement on the same day!

I am very impressed with their service. No matter what happened to this new part :-), I will keep following Home Appliances just for their services!

FORUM HOME APPLIANCES has proven itself to have a strong business ethic oriented at offering a high level of customer satisfaction.

When I called to say I found issue with a couple of items, Stuart (customer rep) was courteous and accommodating. He immediately emailed the Manager/owner (Ross) who in turn emailed me offering a full return and/or discount if I was willing to keep the items in question. Being immune compromised I was told not to worry about timelines if I couldn’t get to the Post Office right away should I choose the option of a return and to only do so when I felt safe enough to make that outing. Additionally, I was told to take as much time as needed to choose between what was offered.

I’m so impressed by the dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction at the most challenging of times. This will be my go-to place for all future Kitchen orders. I recommend this company and Ross as being very honest to deal with.

An order I placed with Forum Home Appliances through Newegg.ca had the payment cancelled by Newegg. I was not charged for it. Nevertheless Ross went ahead and shipped the order to me. So Forum Home Appliance was not paid for an order they had gone ahead and shipped! I should mention that this all occurred during the difficulties of the coronavirus.

When I received the order in good shape and it was exactly what I had been looking for I could not understand why I had not been charged on my credit card for this. So I contacted Ross directly at Forum Home Appliance, and we eventually worked out a payment via paypal so I could pay him the price of the order since I wanted to make things right.

Thanks go to Ross for being polite and nice plus honest in fulfilling the order even though you did not get paid by newegg. By the way, he is just as nice to talk with on the phone as by email exchange.

I received the box from Canada Post yesterday.  I was very impressed that it had been re-boxed with a label “Fragile – handle with care”.  The AirGo was in perfect condition. Nothing was missing.  I am reading the instructions before I used it.  I plan on buying a steak for my first try!

I have been using different types of air fryers for the past 20 years – few people realize how wonderful they are, especially when one wants to prepare a meal for just one, as is the case for me.  I think the reason for this, is because all the marketing is done in view of families and gaining time, but a single person benefits even more with these types of cookers. I look forward to trying it out and will let you know how it went.

I am very impressed with how Forum handled my issues with my defective Hurom juicer. They sent me a new juicer which arrived in Quebec in a couple of days.
