This is an exact fit for our lower-end Breville. The part is awesome, and glad it's available in Canada. It's a pity it needs replacing so often - seems like poor design from Breville.

This component gets a lots of wear and tear in the Breville Roma; you WILL need to replace it. These seem identical to the stock gaskets, and are reasonably priced as well. Buy a few!

I saw a youtube video on fixing the gasket. Took less than 5 min, and I have awesome coffee again. Gasket is a perfect fit.

Changing the steam ring fixed the problem of my Breville leaking while water was forced through the grounds.

When the steam ring goes the cappuccino machine stops making espresso. The replacement ring works great and will give another 6-12 months of life to the machine

Our espresso machine was starting to leak after a lot of use of the last couple of years. I was glad to find out I could simply replace the ring to fix the problem. This replacement did the trick and now we don't have any more issues.

This is the second time I've ordered replacement rings, and I'm very happy that I can continue to make my daily latte. Replacement parts are such an easy way to extend the life of a machine. I had to order and replaced the plastic seal and it still leaks all around the coffee holder. It seems to not seal well and I ended up getting a steam burn. As much as I liked the machine when we first got it now it's dangerous to use.
I'm very disappointed in it. I would like to throw it off the bridge but I paid to much for it so will continue to use it even throw it leaks pretty bad.

I will definitely not recommend this coffee machine to anyone as they may burn themselves like I did.
