Perfect coffee every time.

This grinder has brought a new level of joy to my coffee experience. I would purchase this grinder without hesitating

A good espresso grind is NOT standard with all burr grinders, and this machine does a perfect grind. Unlike the other reviewer, I do not have a problem with mess, the hole in the container to catch the grinds lines up perfectly. I cannot use my portafilter to catch grinds (I have the Delonghi Dedica Americana Supreme, which has a small footprint and a 56mm sized portafilter, in between the large and small cradles provided by Breville) so I must use the container. That is my only complaint, aside from having to unplug the machine to reset the grind time after I grind for a couple of seconds to empty the machine of any residual beans from my previous use before I grind that day's beans. LOVE the machine's footprint. I have a small kitchen and counter real estate is at a premium. Purchased this one rather than the Delonghi that matches my espresso machine due to the Breville's lower height, and am very happy with the machine's size and performance. I have ground for drip, espresso, and French press, and the grind is always consistent. Read a LOT of reviews prior to purchase, and Forum's price was the lowest available. Very pleased with my purchase.

I probably don't use this to the fullest extent that it could be used but I've used it for espresso and pour over and it's evenly ground and my coffee tastes great which is all a person wants right? My only complaint is the hole to catch the grinds in the little container doesn't line up with the chute so you can't grind and walk away without a big mess. If Breville fixed that it would be five stars for sure!

We had this grinder in Australia and it lasted may years. The North American version (120 volt 60hz) just doesn't seem to have the power to grind the oily beans popular here to an espresso grind for long. This is the third machine in as many years. The first machine lasted just over 12 months and was replaced under warranty. This is a replacement to that unit, a year later. We grind approx. 4- 5 double shots a day.

I love this machine! I've been using it about 1 week now and have it set to the coarsest settings as I brew my coffee with a stove-top percolator. I would have liked a bit coarser than its maximum setting, however, I have simply adjusted my brew time and coffee quantity and LOVE the flavour I get. Its the closest thing to store-brewed coffee yet! You can adjust the quantity ground per "cup" so that it gives you exactly the amount you want. You can save this setting so that it automatically adjusts to this ratio as you dial up or down the number of cups you are brewing. It looks great on the counter too.

Great product, easy to use, makes a great cup of coffee each time. Ordering was fast and easy.
