Perfect fit

Ordered the bowl and l'idée to replace mine that was broken. First I called the store and got a hold of them quickly. The lady on the phone was super nice and it made me confident enough to order the parts from the website.
Ordered on Saturday and got it Thursday morning. It was packaged safely with bubble wrap and it was the perfect item in perfect new condition
Very happy with the service and got free shipping so much cheaper than buying a brand new food processor

Wrong item shipped

I order this bowl and the wrong item was shipped to me. I contacted customer service twice and no one has answered me so far. With the shipping fees, this processing bowl cost me nearly $100 and they send me the wrong one (smaller processing bowl).
