Blade design doesn’t pull food in well

Your company was excellent in replacement of seal and blade but design of original was same, frozen fruit or vegetables bounce around and often don’t get pulled in to blades, ninja or vita mix don’t seem to have this problem service deserves 5 stars however. Thanks again
