GG2PR | Probe with Control Knob for CGG-2C [DISCONTINUED]

Hi there, We had been waiting for six months from Cuisinart to get the probe for our griddle, having forgotten more than once we were waiting for it. Decided to look for a local dealer otherwise we would ditch the griddle, found you, received the probe within days and now the griddle is working. Did remember to cancel it from Cuisinart but don't think much of their customer service, whereas yours was great. Thanks
