I purchased online but I received no calls nor mail telling me the product has arrived at the Crystal shop. I have to call twice to find out where it was to headquarter and the Crystal mall branch. The worst part was the crystal mall person who picks up my phone refused to check it until I insist him to, then he found out that the product arrived. HE told me that if no one called me which means the product was nit arrived but it turned out opposite. I suggest if you want your online business to grow better, you have to improve the tracking system and don't depends on those salespeople in your shop.
