The Panasonic Commercial Rice Cooker can cook up to 23 cups of uncooked rice. Just press the button and the indicator light will turn on and your rice will be cooked to perfection. A built-in thermostat maintains heat at a prcise and uniform level, and the keep warm button will maintain the temperature for 2 hours. The SR-42FZ inner pot is made out of non-stick coated aluminum and is NSF approved.
