Charged extra for brackets

Clearly pictured and described as “Just slide into tracks to install, no tools required.” Clearly described as “black brackets suitable for rangehod… “ which implies it is included.

Bait and switch, the $30 item we were charged as only for the clear plastic front and charged an extra $35 for the side brackets. As pictured is $65 plus taxes.
The unit is shown in store as a whole unit.

This item does include the clear plastic front and the side brackets. It is the whole unit. We do sell the clear plastic front without the side brackets only for $30, but this is available in store only, so I assume that you purchased it in person and not online. The brackets are not sold separately. In any case, you should have received the complete set with your purchase of $35.00 + taxes. I apologize for this mix up. We will reach out to you by email to rectify this.
