after using it for one year, we’ve been thrilled with the stainless steel pot. making puffy brown rice and soups, and stews. The vent easily comes apart for cleaning which I recommend doing after each use. The manual we downloaded from forum was very helpful. Forum was very responsive in helping us.

we’ve only had the unit a couple of days. We are very confused that the manual has absolutely nothing to do with the unit we received. We are attempting through trial and error to figure out how to use the unit we have sent a video to the vendor awaiting a response. We like the stainless steel and hoping we can make the unit work for our needs.

We really like the stainless steel inner pot. We try to avoid teflon and other non-stick coatings as much as possible.
